I am an ACA qualified accountant and have worked in accountancy practices for 12 years. When I'm not working you will find me running round after my two young children. We love exploring our local area in Sussex and walking our dogs on the local beach.

Having previously worked for large corporates in finance departments, I would often be using data to provide insights and updates on how the business is doing and focused in on the detail. I’m excited to be using these skills within a practice environment to provide support to smaller businesses. In my spare time I like to visit new places and recently visited Santorini.

Isabel: CLIENT ACCOUNTANT
I have previously worked in local schools in a variety of teaching and support roles. I wanted to move into accountancy to have more impact day to day working with small businesses. I am currently studying towards my accounting qualifications.
Outside of work, I spend my time weightlifting and trying out new recipes.

HAYLEY: CLIENT ACCOUNTANT
I qualified as an accountant several years ago and since then have worked in various practices around Kent & Sussex working with a variety of different businesses. I love getting to know my client’s businesses inside out so give me all the details!
When I’m not working I love taking my son to the park and going on walks.
How it started.
Becki trained and qualified as an accountant in 2010, and started working at several traditional accounting firms. She quickly learned it wasn’t for her. “I would only get a chance to see my clients once a year, rush them through their accounts and leave them baffled by complicated accounting jargon. I didn’t have time to get to know these people, or give them the timely advice they really needed”.
Rather than charging clients by the hour or providing them with ‘archaeological accounting’ — based on where their business has been, instead of where it’s going Becki built something better — an accountancy practice built around real, inspirational businesses. Welcome to Lagom.
